One of clients wanted us to conduct leadership training for their senior management w.r.t Corridor Coaching where they wanted these upcoming leaders were required to learn the traits like Listening skill, Questioning Skill, Feed forward and art of brain storming. HR Collaborators has developed a transformation module spanning over One Year where these selected leaders are undergoing training in these areas. In last three months they have shown a substantial improvement which we could gather through 360 degree feedback. The journey is still on and we are confident that the organization will have a second line of leaders by the end of the program.
We have conducted one day modules on various aspects like interpersonal skill, conflict management, time management, negotiation skill etc. too for organization.
