HR Collaborators started as a boutique consulting firm in 2003 assisting start-ups, SME’s and India Entry companies to set-up their HR systems and processes. The story started with the second generation businesses wanting to equip themselves with the right industry practices to match the competition and entrepreneurs with the knowledge of having the Talent rightly positioned for growth to the stage when the company has moved up the ladder to assisting these small, Medium and large business houses in their next step of working on various Organizational Development initiatives.

She is a Graduate in psychology with post-graduate in Business Management from XIMB with HR as specialization. She has over 24 years of experience in HR functions in Industry segment like Auto, IT, ITeS and Management Consulting.
She is an Expert in HR advisory and strategic consulting and Training in core HR process and policies and is a Certified Psychometric Test practitioner. She has undergone training in Executive Coaching and has in-depth knowledge of various industries which helps the support team in executing client needs in the area of HRFMS effectively.
She is an advisor to HR Collaborators and has been instrumental in guiding team in executing projects with Key clients

Rajni Ranjan
Co-Founder
A Certified Executive Coach and a Behavioural Trainer with an industry experience of over 23 years in various sectors like Auto, Auto Components, Engineering and management consulting.
He is a practicing coach in Organization Coaching in N.E.W.S ® Coaching ( ) module and assists organization to coach high potential leaders or develop one to take up new challenges. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with management from IIM, Kolkata. He is one of the Co-Founder of HR Collaborators and is also a Co-Founder for an e-commerce company based in Delhi.He has been instrumental in mentoring start-ups to on how to build cutting edge team and work for profitability and has worked with people from across countries and understands the dynamics of working in an organization with cross border culture.
His training expertise is in behavioural aspect of human and he conducts training like interpersonal skill, team building, corridor coaching etc.
