One of our clients wanted two of their employees to be coached for behavioural change. One needed to be more assertive as technically he was very good but his lack of assertiveness was hindering his leadership growth. The second was always on a complaining mode. We coached these two coachee over a period of twelve month and the client’s final feedback was that they saw a remarkable improvement in both the employee. As on date one of the employee who lacked assertiveness is successfully leading a team and the other person has become a great asset for the team in which he is assigned to work.
So, behavioural change can be made provided the person has willingness to change and the organization is ready to give him/her a second chance as these changes happen over a period of time.
