He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with management from IIM, Kolkata. He is one of the Co-Founder of HR Collaborators and is also a Co-Founder for an e-commerce company based in Delhi.He has been instrumental in mentoring start-ups to on how to build cutting edge team and work for profitability and has worked with people from across countries and understands the dynamics of working in an organization with cross border culture.
